{"id":1254,"date":"2022-02-22T21:38:10","date_gmt":"2022-02-22T21:38:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.scba.gov.ar\/juzgadogarantias1lomasdezamora\/?p=1254"},"modified":"2022-02-22T21:38:10","modified_gmt":"2022-02-22T21:38:10","slug":"que-es-justicia-abierta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.scba.gov.ar\/juzgadogarantias1lomasdezamora\/2022\/02\/22\/que-es-justicia-abierta\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfQu\u00e9 es Justicia Abierta?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Es una forma de gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica que vincula al Poder Judicial y a la poblaci\u00f3n para que, en conjunto, puedan construir un mejor Poder Judicial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Se basa en tres principios:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Transparencia:<\/strong><\/span> a) La <strong>publicidad<\/strong> de los actos del poder judicial genera mayor legitimidad; b) La <strong>rendici\u00f3n de cuentas<\/strong> mejora los niveles de confianza y c) La <strong>transparencia<\/strong> mejora la calidad de la justicia.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Colaboraci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/span> a) Cuando la <strong>ciudadan\u00eda<\/strong> es parte de un <strong>sistema bidireccional<\/strong>, el funcionamiento de los <strong>\u00f3rganos judiciales<\/strong> se ve <strong>favorecido<\/strong>; b) La <strong>colaboraci\u00f3n<\/strong> de la <strong>ciudadan\u00eda<\/strong> <strong>refuerza<\/strong> el papel de los tribunales para conseguir <strong>resolver<\/strong> los <strong>problemas<\/strong> de la sociedad.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Participaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/span> a) Genera mayor <strong>proximidad<\/strong> entre personas que ejercen la <strong>abogac\u00eda<\/strong>, la <strong>magistratura<\/strong> y la <strong>ciudadan\u00eda<\/strong>; b) Mejora la <strong>comunicaci\u00f3n<\/strong> con otros <strong>poderes<\/strong> del Estado; c) Favorece instancias de <strong>retroalimentaci\u00f3n<\/strong> de la ciudadan\u00eda hacia la <strong>instituci\u00f3n<\/strong> y d) Mejora la <strong>confianza<\/strong>\u00a0en el trabajo de los juzgados, tribunales, c\u00e1maras y cortes<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">La <strong>justicia abierta<\/strong> permite, por ejemplo, tener <strong>acceso a informaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica<\/strong>, <strong>participar<\/strong> en la co-creaci\u00f3n de <strong>proyectos<\/strong>, <strong>aportar ideas<\/strong> y <strong>vigilar<\/strong> que los servicios sean <strong>accesibles<\/strong> y <strong>oportunos<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Su <strong>objetivo<\/strong> es <strong>garantizar<\/strong> el <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>estado de derecho<\/strong><\/span>,<strong> promover<\/strong> la <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>paz social<\/strong><\/span> y <strong>fortalecer<\/strong> la <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>democracia<\/strong><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Con estos objetivos y metas, este juzgado hace p\u00fablicas sus resoluciones destacadas, sus estad\u00edsticas, sus esfuerzos para lograr el acceso a justicia que la ciudadan\u00eda merece, el contacto directo con las personas utilizando y dando a conocer los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n que posee y las distintas gu\u00edas para agilizar la realizaci\u00f3n de tr\u00e1mites o aportar conocimientos en un lenguaje no t\u00e9cnico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Es una forma de gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica que vincula al Poder Judicial y a la poblaci\u00f3n para que, en conjunto, puedan construir un mejor Poder Judicial.
