Scelzo, Toribio E. Sosa y Carlos A. Lettieri,\u00a0 para\u00a0 dictar\u00a0 sentencia\u00a0 en\u00a0 los autos <strong>&#8220;RECURSO DE QUEJA EN AUTOS: &#8220;SAAVEDRA, CARLOS ALBERTO C\/ALVAREZ, SERGIO DOMINGO Y OTROS S\/DA\u00d1OS Y PERJ. C\/LES. O MUERTE (EXC.
