CPCC y 1\u00ba AC 3840), la C\u00e1mara <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">RESUELVE<\/span><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Denegar el recurso extraordinario de inaplicabilidad de ley de fs. fs. 176\/180 vta. contra la sentencia de fs. 173\/174 vta. (art. 281 C\u00f3d. Proc.).<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Reg\u00edstrese. Notif\u00edquese\u00a0 personalmente\u00a0 o\u00a0 por c\u00e9dula\u00a0 (art. 135.13 c\u00f3d. cit.).
